We do not manage buildings, convene meetings, hold funds, or rule on whether a motion carried. What we hold is the tally, and it is built so that no one party can compute it privately.

The register is fixed before the vote
Weights are set from the deeds and the total is fixed at that moment. It cannot be adjusted after voting opens to change what a majority means.

Proxies are granted explicitly
An owner assigns their weight to a named holder for a named motion. The grant is visible to the owner who made it, not inferred from a folder.

Owners vote their weight
Each position is recorded against the weight that owner actually holds, and the owner can confirm afterwards that this is what was counted.

The result follows from the parts
The announced total is the sum of the recorded positions rather than a figure produced separately and asserted.
None of this stops a manager arguing that a motion should have carried. It stops them being the only person able to say what the number was.
